My question: Has this EVER happened?
My theory is they can't let this happen ONE time, because then millions of people would start asking about all the other things the government said was the gospel truth. They can't set the precedent that they are not infallible.
My employment law professor, whom I respect and adore, asked me if my seminar paper topic was "still relevant." The topic? Discrimination against the unvaccinated in the workplace. This was Fall 2022. Because the vaccine mandates were being successfully dismantled in the courts (THANK YOU, AARON, team, OTHERS), my professor thought my topic discussing whether unvaccinated people were being "regarded as" disabled in the workplace, thus violating the ADA, was not really timely or applicable anymore.... Your post reminded me of her comment because, more likely than not, she was PRO vaccine mandates, wherever, whenever. And just because they failed this time around does not mean they will fail during the next plandemic. We must remain vigilant.
She may otherwise be a good professor but her query suggests she totally misses the abject violation against our individual sovereignty which the vaccine ‘mandates’ (let alone massive societal pressure) imposed. Stick with your paper. Perhaps she’ll learn something.
I also wanted to add that I read about the lasting presence of LNPs at least as early as last year, if not before. To say I have lost total faith in the govt/CDC/FDA is an understatement. The govt made an anti-vaxxer out of me, where none existed before.
Problem is these days, I wonder if writing to your representatives to state this (especially if your representatives are predominantly democrat) gets you put on a FBI watch list.

I remember blank safety data sheets being packaged with the vaccines but this was a known and significant risk factor, can you go after them for failing to disclose this?

The vast majority of doctors owned their own practices prior to Obamacare. Obamacare required doctors to invest in $5 million plus data management systems that could be shared with hospitals, pharmacies, the government, insurance companies, etc…. The government could have provided the three systems that the VA was already using at a substantially discounted price, but instead made sure that these companies made a fortune off of everyone having to obtain these data management systems or give up private practice. Many physician practices had much more sophisticated systems that were intranet systems and were much preferred by the doctors than the new systems they had to pay a fortune for because of Obamacare in order to receive government reimbursement on claims.
Basically, many more people have access to your information. Government reimbursement to doctors changed so that most doctors could not be independent of a hospital system. Hospital systems then merged into even larger monopolies, so that the government was dealing with just a few large healthcare monopolies instead of tens of thousands of independent doctors. Many services are actually much more costly to the patient now because they are hospital services rather than outpatient services. Many times a service that could be done in an outpatient settin is actually moved over to the hospital in order for the hospital system to make more money off of the same procedure. It is more inconvenient for both the patient and the doctor. Because most doctors are now employees. They are in a very different position to object to their employers mandates. Many physicians can no longer operate outside of the hospital system because of government reimbursement and insurance company reimbursement which often follows the government. employees simply do not have the same power as independent business owners. Obamacare made sure that less physicians could speak freely and still continue to practice medicine. employees are usually obedient or they don’t stay employees very often. This has less to do with being a physician, than it has to do with wanting to continue to work in the medical field for which they trained for more than a decade. There are physicians, who support patient choice. You can find them.

Pfizer and Moderna in fact did NOT produce these gene therapies. Our DOD did and the DOD contractors were the actual manufacturers.
