Take a bow, Judge Doughty! Here are timeless quotes about freedom that we should always remember: https://yuribezmenov.substack.com/p/independence-day-quotes-memes

Unfortunately, we all still censor each other via a Virtual Red Army: https://www.removednews.com/p/hate-online-censorship-its-way-worse

Censorship will continue until we address the root cause, our unfamiliarity with a new communications technology.

A great win, but hopefully only the first of many. Government has been overreaching at every turn, and the courts need to smack them down.

At least we can be happy that an honest judge is doing his job. That’s a good thing.

This ruling not only creates more public awareness of, but also lends more credibility to, what our government has been doing, to the extent that the censorship supporters cannot as easily dismiss as a "nothingburger" the way they did with the Twitter Files.

Exactly! That’s huge.

Maybe the decision will make the social media companies find their moxie and stand up to the government if they again insist on censorship. A few of the people who worked for twitter did try to fight back on some topics, but with the power of the government insisting they censor they folded.

And when the vaxxers insist that private companies can decide what they want to censor or not remind them that the government was paying them to do it. I’m seeing lots of shitlibs being outraged about the decision, but just imagine their reaction if Trump had done it.

The social media companies are funded by the government. Three letter agencies basically made google and facebook.

Twitter is an absolute joke and is owned by a puppet of the wef and is being run by a product of the wef.

Now if only we had the same kind of judges in Canada. We're fighting but it's a losing battle.

Aaron, congratulations! I have a question - why did the plaintiffs NOT request the FDA be subject to the same injunction (and the judge denied the injunction of the FDA as a result)? This is extremely concerning as the FDA is one of the main culprits of the covid crimes.

EXCELLENT and very valid QUESTION-

See Doughty's July 10, 2023 Denial of Defendants' Motion to Stay the Preliminary Injunction (p.12). FDA is included in the Injunction because it is part of HHS.

Thank you for your answer! I wanted to make sure that's the case, posted this Q in a number of places, you are the first who gave an answer to this.

That's what I gather from reading p.12, though the wording is confusing. Judge also made an error on p.7, saying "John F. Kennedy, Jr." when he meant Robert.

One other thing, Sister. Now listening to your interview with Katherine Watt. Deep respect to you both. Now I hope you will both recognize that legislation IS NOT LAW, never was, and is rarely lawful. It is merely corporate contracts that one party has negotiated with itself, signs itself, and then thinks to impose on the other party. Both of you called legislation 'law' early in the interview.

Although I welcome any positive news, after reading the entire decision, do you not consider the exceptions listed in the ruling to create massive loopholes that the government can easily navigate through?

I think there is a typo in the first sentence of the third paragraph. Is “it a huge blow” meant to be “it’s a huge victory”?

Expand full comment
Alice in Wonderland's avatar

I thought the same at first, then realised that it said "huge blow FOR" rather than "huge blow TO" (which would have meant the opposite of a victory). Maybe people use "huge blow [preposition]" much more often with "to" than with "for," so we're not very accustomed to this usage.

The Constitution is only as good as those who uphold it. We all must do our utmost to be those!

Also, we must get off social media as much as we can, support only free speech platforms, buy from companies and individuals who do not hate us, and meet with like minded individuals IN PERSON to build communication networks and mutual trust. And we must never lie to anyone!

Debra's avatar

Wonderfully stated!!!! Totally agree. Hard to find like minded people who actually care to do anything. Most people I know who know there's nefarious things going on, just figure it'll take care of itself. Boggle's my mind. Such an idiotic layman's thinking that get's one into the situation we're all in now.

I fully agree, Debra. This apathy literally keeps me up at night. I wish I knew better how to inspire people out of their own slumber.

We must keep on talking with others. Offer some evidence and action items. Consider becoming a Precinct Committee (PC) member or helping other PCs. Ask questions at board and City Council meetings. Sometimes the answers will reveal the truth behind what’s going on and can inspire others to action.
