Even if the Supreme Court rules again in favor of the Amish in this case, which it almost certainly will, what we really need is a national law and maybe another Supreme Court ruling making it clear that religious beliefs are beside the point. The only requirement for declining vaccines or any other medical procedures for oneself or one's children should be having two neurons to rub together. The Nuremberg Code makes the right of informed consent perfectly clear.

Epidemiological concepts such as “herd immunity” have never been proven and can never be proved because of the thousands of confounding variables at play. The application of sophisticated computer modeling has given predictions of transmissibility a false imprimatur of accuracy, but as we saw with Neil Ferguson’s outrageous predictions at the beginning of the Covid “pandemic,” the greater the confidence in epidemiological algorithms, the greater the error. Like with the Climate Change modelers and the failed climate change models and the entire climate change narrative industry that supports them, we must challenge and dismantle the system of epidemiological high priests who have managed to bamboozle large segments of the population with their nonsense. Moreover, the collectivistic, utilitarian moral premises behind mandatory vaccination policies must be challenged as violations of the establishment clause since utilitarianism—and altruism—are religious dogmas that are antithetical to life, liberty, and the pursuit of happiness. When the state orders a medical intervention for the “public good” it is no different than the blue laws of yesteryear that were properly ruled unconstitutional. The government is using vaccinations as a form of religious sacrament and compounding that constitutional violation with the audacity to decide, in effect, whose conduct satisfies the government’s notion of religious obligation in the name of the “good” for the body of “good” citizen believers.
Supreme Court will need to do more than just vacate this time, but once it's dominated by those who overtly prefer subjugation and enslavement of the population this kind of push will be in danger of marked success unless even more wake up to the tyranny.
What I have never understood is why you need a medical or religious exemption to get out of putting something in your body that you don't want there? What law says that I must put something in my body that I don't feel comfortable with? Isn't that what the Nuremberg code was created for? I believe every person who wants a vaccine and truly believes that the vaccine is helpful should have the opportunity to get one but I also believe that if the vaccines are as effective as they want you to believe, that if that person is vaccinated then I am not a threat to them if I am unvaccinated. Also what about the 10 to 15,000,000 unvaccinated illegal immigrants that they let into the country while Biden was president, I don't see them being forced to get vaccinated.
