I sure hope this is Gorsuch's way of saying he will rule against any attempt by the federal government to violate the constitution at the "command" of the WHO.

Dear Aaron Siri, I love everything you said except for one thing: democracy. Not one time is the word democracy used in the beloved declaration of independence or our cherished Constitution. Why? Because democracies are teeter totters it is a tyranny of the majority and they are inherently unstable. Which is basically what you were talking about in your article. Our founders carefully studied democracy and found it to be woefully lacking. That is why we have a republic with the rule of law to protect minorities. The word democracy is used by the left and I think for very good reason they are no longer fighting for our republic. They are fighting for their version of democracy which is a tyranny of the majority.

During World War II Winston Churchill said democracy is a poor for the government but it’s the best we have. I beg to differ, I much prefer our republic.

If you remember the Pledge of Allegiance it says “republic for which it stands one nation under God indivisible with liberty and justice for all.”

So I humbly ask you not to use the word democracy when referring to our form of government. I beg your mercy to ask for the word republic because it stands for far more than a democracy.

Democracies are folding like cheap suits in Europe. Despite what’s going on in our nation you yourself are still benefiting from our republics constitution and declaration of independence. Our nations forefathers were prescient and many things when they put together our founding documents. I only wished that they had listened to Geoffrey Rush when he asked for a medical bill of rights. Things would be much different now.

God bless you and everyone in your team fighting for our freedom and our republic.
