I suspect that the reason for the CDC putting the Covid19 injection on the vaccination list for children is that it protects Pfizer and Moderna from lawsuits from any parents. Thoughts?
You're a lawyer. How is the conduct of the players involved (Pfizer, Moderna, CDC, CDC ACIP, FDA) not fraud? Fraud vitiates any claim of protection from liability.
The only justification that could have been made for the C19 jabs (for anyone) was that they prevent transmission. Bourla and the CDC has been all over the map on this issue. Check out el gato malo's mashup of Bourla messaging evolution. Pfizer executive Janine Small admitted they didn't test for transmission (which was obvious from the trial design).
How is this not fraud? Yes, please go after the states or locals who try to mandate the jabs. And, please, go after the colleges and universities that are now mandating the mouse boosters. And go after the CDC, FDA, Pfizer, and Moderna...for fraud.

It’s a tough fight! Those on the side of freedom must be more vocal and support groups like ICAN and FLCCC with our dollars and our words. We can win, but, as Aaron Siri said, we must fight, fight hard, and never stop fighting!

I just watched this week’s HIGHWIRE program. The U.S. government should be taking the same steps as the EU in canceling covid vaccine contracts, & withdrawing the poisonous products. But instead they are doubling down. Thank you Aaron Siri, Del Bigtree & your entire staffs! I have EVERY confidence that my contribution will be well spent.
