Bottom line - We do not need ACIP/CDC at all. Great news that RFK is replacing members of ACIP with a fresh perspective but bottom line the US does not need ACiP. It would be great to see a bolder move 1. Remove the vaccine liability shield and 2. Dissolve ACIP. ACIP is all about generating revenue dollars for pharma with little interest in public health.
The FDA is the foundation for drug safety but just need to make sure those at the top of FDA are not incentivized by pharma aka Dr. Peter Marks who was head of biologics for the last couple of years. Marks promoted gene therapies and ignored safety including safety of the Covid injections.

I support enthusiastically adding more balance to ACIP. As it existed before the RFKJr. housecleaning, the membership existed to rubber stamp Big Pharma.
What doesn't make sense is that pharma can easily manipulate data to make studies look good.
They did this with Vioxx and SSRIs, both of which have huge issues.
Yet they didn't do this with the COVID trial, which showed issues despite the propaganda saying safe and effective.
Same for the new shots, whether mRNA rsv or the new infusions, all of which show more issues vs placebo.
It makes you wonder why pharma is handing the FDA data that shows issues and the FDA just rubber stamps it.
Perhaps it's a game of blackmail or an insurance policy to protect big pharma? Who knows with these insane corrupt politicians.
Also, why is Kennedy not stopping the COVID emergency that his predecessor extended to 2029???? It's purely his call, no extra approval needed!
