One suggestion I have is a fee for service as a healthcare liason helping patients who struggle with navigating the health care system or insurance payments etc. Most patients need help navigating their care, understanding what their doctors told them, managing their medications etc, most either don’t have family members to help or their family members work. As nurses you know we are always being asked by friends and family to do this job for free, why not try to get paid for it. Start reasonable, and see how it goes! Good luck to you!!

Gemopal, have you thought about opening a naturopathic facility as an LLC (costs about $500)? As a single nurse or a group of nurses, you don't need to be a doctor to open one and you can start hiring the doctors who have lost their jobs because of vaccine mandates. This can be done as telemedicine, so the cost of setting this up and operating this way are not prohibitive vs a real brick and mortar office. Thoughts?

I had my last videoconference with my men's health doctor in South Florida in mid-April 2021. I don't know if he had to get vaccinated because it is an independent practice although he was not the owner. But I asked him if he had been vaccinated and he said he had, with Pfizer. He did not ask me about my vaccine status. Exactly 2 months later he died from a blood clot in his neck. He was 66 years old, and had had quadruple heart bypass surgery about 13 years earlier. When I asked his colleague if that was a factor, he said no. When I asked if the vaccine caused the blood clot, he shrugged.
It's really crazy. I know more people that have been injured by the covid shots than have died from covid. I also know many that have gotten covid and gotten through it...some had very mild symptoms.
Probably because it's a Federal mandate through CMS. If a business accepts CMS payments they would be subject to the CMS mandate to receive those payments.
I think that is a great idea, but home care is reimbursed through CMS (Medicare and Medicaid) and unless people pay out of pocket, you can't get a startup in Home care. I am open to all ideas, I still have massive student loans to pay and I have been out of work for one year this March. I have 26 years in diverse nursing a BSN and MSN and certification in Clinical Nurse Leadership.
I have a suggestion. Consider offering your services on an appointment or contract basis without insurance, Medicare and Medicaid! They are failing their patients horribly. I know so many are used to these “plans” paying for minimal useless services in my opinion. I’ve cared for my parents 92-90 for 6 years and unfortunately lost my dad in August 2021, but without my care and I am not a nurse, both of them would not have survived as long! I believe in holistic care, not the so called care from the mainstream so to speak. When my dad was hospitalized and released they almost killed him with the medications, and it was my pro action that saved him. The doctor didn’t care and said he wouldn’t care for him anymore since we took him off the medications that were truly killing him. A new cardiologist took him in and agreed with what we did to save him. The nurses just came to the home to do the vitals and left! I would gladly pay for real advice and care like I can give them over someone who comes in and takes their blood pressure, temperature and pulse. Everyone can by these inexpensive items and do it themselves, keep a journal and then actually implement real improvement plans to heal them! My family call me Dr. Joni because I am relentless on searching out conditions, medical issues and so often, more than not, most of their problems were caused by medications. Unfortunately the programmed nurses or doctors we are used to can’t look beyond what they are told! I learned very young to question everything and research it yourself before placing trust in taking medications that 99.9% of the doctors prescribing them don’t have a clue of the damage they can do. Why?? Because they almost killed me when I was in my teens from 14-19 years old. So often it can be as simple as eating better, taking quality supplements, getting fresh air and exercising. Our healthcare system is even so much more broken now. It’s all about the covid dollars and now it’s worse than ever.

God and Mother Nature gave us all the healing remedies we need if we just stop and study them. Everything I have ever been diagnosed with was remedied by good supplementation, organic eating (learned this over 20 years ago), exercise and fresh air! Sadly they are censoring so many integrative doctors and practitioners who are relentless in getting out great information, but God bless them they are persistent! We have to be the change and the voices! My family and friends are learning this as I supply everything, including the written details and they work to their surprise.

I thought that Florida was free? Are medical personnel still subject to the mandate there?
