The Biden administration appealed the nation-wide state previously issued against SFWTF in State of Georgia v. Biden, now awaiting briefing at the 11th Circuit.
The "win" on the OSHA case helps with our pending case. We are very appreciative and respectful of Aaron's work. The CMS ruling is an abomination. We know that many people were forced and coerced by mandates.
My understanding is that the drug companies are protected from any liability, but does this apply to the federal government?
Are there any other parties in the chain going from the drug companies and mandates to the actual vaccination who would be liable to lawsuits for damages on the basis that there was no informed consent? Local agencies and providers? Media for withholding information? Google for stacking search data? Is there a weak link somewhere in the chain?
