There is ZERO possibility of an American child contracting polio, vaccinated or not. The reason for mandating the vaccine has been "Global Eradication," yet the prescribed vaccine, IPV, does not prevent infection and transmission. Go figure. On a risk/reward ratio, taking the vaccine is infintely more dangerous than not.
But the Sabin oral live attenuated polio vaccine was worse, even if it perportedly prevented transmission, unless you were a parent changing a baby's diapers right after they got the vaccine, for example, or it reconstituted itself and created a vaccine derived strain, or actually gave the recipient polio. But the most common negative effect was the so-called Non-Polio Acute Flaccid Paralysis (NPAFP). In India between 2000 and 2017 it is estimated 493,000 people got NPAFP from the vaccines. NPAFP is basically indistinguishable from polio and is believed to be caused by the oral polio vaccine in the gut disturbing the enterovirus eco balance, allowing other enteroviruses to predominate and mutate, creating the same neurological problems. In the United States I believe as many people got undiagnosed NPAFP as cases of polio were prevented since the vaccine was first given. I received the Sabin oral polio vaccine when I was about 14, which started a lifelong chain of neurological problems made far worse by misdiagnosis and neurotoxic treatment. No doctors correctly diagnosed these symptoms as coming from the polio vaccines because, of course, polio was eliminated, though before the vaccines they would readily identify them as symptoms of polio.

is ICAN (or anyone) going after the corporate offices and elected officials PERSONALLY - when fraud/criminal conduct and all their illegal acts - have been way outside the protectied authorized actions of office, whether the sovereign immunity of government officials, or corporate officers’protections for actions authorized by corporate charter?
Do you happen to know why Bill and Melinda Gates Foundation developed new strains of polio, nOPV1 and nOPV3, and tested them in the United States in 2021 when the U.S. stopped using oral polio vaccines in 2000 because they shed and create outbreaks of polio? (Clinical trial #NCT04529538)
Then why mandate? It protects no one but yourself so you can’t go with, “the greater good” line of reasoning.
